I was very saddened to learn of the passing of Tom. I recall some cool visits and conversations with him; and one especially interesting trip to Daytona to visit my Dad and go to the race. My deepest condolences.

I met Tom at Cleveland Heights High School, in the late fifties. We bonded with a mutual love of cars, along with a group of others. I always looked forward to seeing him at our Annual "Marroders Reunion" at Ronnie Heitman's place. I still recall Tom's bronze '55 T-Bird. He removed the rear bumper and "rolled" the back panel in the area under the trunk. It was so cool to me. My heartfelt sympathy to his family. He will be dearly missed.
