THOMAS JONES

While I knew Tom only in his waning years, I had the chance to witness his infectious smile, warm nature and adoration for Riry - his 'goddess' May his memories be a bless and comfort Riry and her children and grandchildren at this difficult time.

I too was Tommy´s Hunter College Elementary School classmate. I remember him in our "social dancing" classes in sixth grade in addition to memories of having lived some of our most formative years together. We lost touch for our adult years though our class had a fiftieth reunion and I located him on Facebook. Sending condolences to his loved ones.

I was a classmate of Tom´s at Hunter Elementary School (HCES). When I think of Tom, I smile. He was always such fun to be around. I didn´t know he was at Columbia while I was at Barnard, and I´m sorry I missed that opportunity to become "adult" friends. I was glad to read about his family joy and professional success. I was Tom´s close friend in the early years of his life. We grew up as neighbors at 465 West End Avenue, Tom on the 11th floor and me on the 10th. Did lots of fun things together. I remember many pleasant weekends at the Jones´ summer home in Cold Spring, NY. As adults our paths diverged, and we have not been in contact since college days.
