Not sure what to say?

Very Very sorry to hear the bad news. I was his next door neighbor in Euclid as we were growing up. My prayer will be with him and his family.

Many fond memories of hanging out at Tom's parent's home playing cards (poker if I remember correctly) all summer as a teenager. Tom and I working out in my parent's basement on E.248st.
When I came back from Vietnam I was stationed at Camp LeJune. When the weekend arrived, we would head to a huge parking lot/parade field that was known as the swoop circle. This is where people heading home for the weekend would hook up with those who had a car. My first time at the swoop circle, I spot an...

Just saw Tom's obit and wanted to express my sympathy. Hadn't seen him in many years, but I went to college with him and we worked together on Athens Magazine in 78 or 79. He was the editor and I started out as a writer. Kept hanging around the offices, though, and Tom started giving me various advertising and graphics jobs - and before I knew it he'd promoted me to associate editor with a fairly prominent spot on the mag's masthead. Which REALLY helped when I started looking for a job after...

So sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Ted and Katie, Tom and Lori, Our hearts go out to you during this time. We send to you our love and our prayers. Tom Sr.'s smiles, humor, and wise words will be so missed. All our love to you guys, Frank, Anne and Aileen Busher

I worked with Tom at Philips. He was a terrific colleague and made the job easier and definitely much more enjoyable by sharing his knowledge and his wonderful stories. Some of his stories were hysterical and outrageous and the best part was that they were true. We will remember Tom because we keep a list of his most memorable quotes. He was a guy that you could count on and I will truly miss him. My thoughts and prayers to Lori and his sons.

I'm lost for words, Tom never was. His wisdom helped so many, myself included. He wasn't a national treasure, but our treasure. I won't be able to speak to him anymore, but his lessons of dealing with life on life's terms will stay with me forever.

So sorry to hear about Ted's dad, my prayers and thoughts are with you.
