Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry to hear Tom has passed. We will miss him deeply and always remember his goodness of heart. He was a great friend, husband and father. We have known Tom and Connie for over 50 years.

I have many fond memories of working with Tom. He was a good boss, a patient mentor and a very kind person.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Kelly family.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom at DPL and he was a mentor to me and a great friend. Tom had a very accomplished career and was instrumental in the delivery of many significant projects and in the support of our systems. More importantly the way Tom worked was inspirational. He was very well liked by all and helped those that needed it. He truly was a great man. I'll remember Tom and the impact he had on me professionally. Many condolences to the Kelly family.

Joe, Jim, Karen, Michael and families

While we will never forget him, hopefully a prayer for peace knowing he and Marcia are still smiling over us and miss us as much as we miss them will bring some comfort. Please extend our thoughts, love, and support to the entire Kelly...
