I had the pleasure of working with Tom at DPL and he was a mentor to me and a great friend. Tom had a very accomplished career and was instrumental in the delivery of many significant projects and in the support of our systems. More importantly the way Tom worked was inspirational. He was very well liked by all and helped those that needed it. He truly was a great man. I'll remember Tom and the impact he had on me professionally. Many condolences to the Kelly family.

I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the Kelly family Tom was very kind hearted I took care of his Mom and Dad with Seasons Hospice it was such a joy to come to a home where I felt very welcomed everytime. Again so sorry for your loss prayers going up for all family and friends.

My wife and I spoke with Tom just a few weeks ago. He had a tremendous amount of courage as he fought this terrible disease. We are saddened by the loss of such a wonderful person. Our sincere condolences to his wife an family.
