Not sure what to say?

More recently I moved back to Chicago and was invited many times to the Kenny home for dinner. It was at the dining table where I got to know Tim much better than ever before. I asked about his work as a civil engineer having worked on many development projects throughout my CRE career. I wish I could've talked more with Tim. I know we would've talked shop for hours. He was smart, generous and kind. A true leader. My heart goes out to the entire Kenny family. Sending so much love

Tim was a friend and mentor on my first dredging & construction project in Rochester in 1970. Many a day on the rig or after work. We met again on the other side of the world in Ghana. Sorry to have lost such a good engineer and person.

I met Tim at a party at the O'Brien's in the 1970s and got to know him as we sat and discussed books in his living room, he in his chair with a book on his lap, always smiling and laughing. And of course there were more parties! Tim was a good friend who visited with us at the cancer center when Charlie was receiving chemo. Thank you, Brannan for giving us the opportunity to share memories.

I was lucky enough to call GP my second grandpa for the last 15 years! During this time our two families formed into one, spending important milestones together and creating unforgettable memories. So many memories stick out in my mind when I think of GP. One in particular was when Alex, Liv, and I were growing up, we spent many summer afternoons with GP. These afternoons would normally include a required walk over to Baskin Robbins to get ice cream all together, enjoying the summer heat and...

I was fortunate to meet and work with Tim on a few Baird Lake Michigan projects. He was always upbeat in his own "contractor curmudgeon" way, was a wealth of information which he would gladly share and made work enjoyable. We lost a good one.

I worked with Tim for almost 30 years in one capacity or another. We spent countless hours in far away places such as Ghana, Madagascar or the Azores visiting, doing "engineer" talk over a beer, laughing, exploring the world and mostly working to try and contribute to the betterment of people through our projects. He was an amazing person, easy going, smart and ready to engage constructively. I can't remember a complaint (although there were plenty of opportunities to do so). He was truly...

April 19,2024 I have many memories of Mr. Kenny when Bran and I were in high school. But, one of my favorites, is no matter how naughty Bran and I were, .He would see us the next day and give me a big smile and say "Hi Ya Rach!" Always happy to see me. His positive and smiley vibes encouraged me to do the same with my own kids. He modeled well as a parent. Thank you Tom for that! He was so proud of Bran and I always felt his love for her. He will be missed. Ox

I was fortunate to know Tom through my close friendship with Brannan. I will never forget our many interesting conversations about his world travels or the `big dig´ in Boston. Most lasting however, will be my memories of the kindness he showed my kids & I. Many summer dinners on the grill and trips to the local Evanston beaches. He treated us like family. Tom was a kind man and sweet soul whose impact will never be forgotten.

My dad was my best friend. There are too many good memories to share, but one that my Irish family will love is that we used to take Alex as a baby to Tommy Nevins on Sundays to listen to Irish music and have a pint. I Love you Dad.
