Southern Shores resident Thomas Kingsley, 85, of Southern Shores, died in Virginia Beach, Va., Sunday, Feb. 22, 2009. Funeral services will be held at the Holy redeemer by the Sea Catholic Church, Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Twiford's Funeral Home, Manteo is in charge of arrangements.
