To the Kinzer family my sincere condolences on the passing of your father . I first met him in the late 60's thru my fathers business when he would come in to buy electrical supplies. I later , like many other young police detectives had the pleasure of learning from him on many occasions. He was a great man and a great police officer may he rest in peace . Both my father, les Carman and I, John Carman. Knew Tommy from working at Guenther's Mobil and on the expressway and Parkway. Going back a few years. 70's_90's.. was a great man to work with. God bless his family.
