Not sure what to say?

Doctor Knarr was my government teacher at Griffith high school I met him years later as he was finishing his PHD in education, as I was finishing my Masters Degree. He was ahead of his time being active in numerous areas of education and also supporting a strong union for teacher right. I will miss him!! Jim Konopasek

I worked with Tom in the early 70's at a
Hammond restaurant. Fast forward 12 years, he comes into a restaurant where I was waitressing. We talked and he asked me why I was still waitressing when I had so much potential. I went back to school, got my degree and became an RN. He changed my life. I think of him often and tell friends and family that story. Deepest condolences.

We are saddened to hear about your loss. May you find comfort in knowing that God collects our tears and is ready to sustain us in our time of need - Psalm 56:8

Tom was always one of my favorite friends. I worked with him a number of years. Tom made going to work interesting, very rarely a dull moment. I was so proud to read of his many endeavors and accomplishments. He had a full life, indeed. Kay Dell and Romaine, you and your families have my sincere condolences.

OH, I think of you so often...what a loss-my heart goes out to you my dear boss and friend for life. Love, Pam Boroughs and Family
