Tom and I played softball at an age when most people would wonder "why." As we grew older, we received answers that indicated that the reason had to be "fellowship, with occasional productivity." Throughout the years, Tom learned that his constant rhyming distracted opponents and teammates alike, which created in reality a bonus for the team Tom was on. I enjoyed talking to Tom on many issues, and even on the occasion of serious topics, Tom kept the smiles beaming. My prayers now are...

I didn´t have the opportunity to know Tom as most; but the few occasions that I have shared with him, I found him to be personable-a kind, caring individual and most considerate. One of my greatest memories of Tom is his last conversation reminding me of his continuous prayers for God´s miracle concerning my well- being. Thank you, Tom, for your warm demeanor. You will be missed by many. (I think I know who you are playing Senior ball with in Heaven.) Cheryl Andrew Rhew

When God created Tom, He gifted the world with a very special and unique individual. God said: "I need someone charismatic and charming, yet sensitive and strong... I need someone who can make others laugh but who can also laugh at himself... I need someone who can listen intently to the words of others but who is also a master story teller... I need someone who has a sense of humor, someone witty and quick- thinking but someone who is equally pious and humble... I need someone who...

Tom was a great friend and his sense of humor was contagious. I was honored to join him for many of the Falcons´ games over the last 5 years. A highlight was each tailgate where we laughed and had a great time. Since where we parked was typically dominated by the visiting team´s fans, Tom always reached out to them and made friends with everyone around us. Even though the Falcons had losing seqsons for the past 6 years, Tom always was thinking that improvement would come soon - thus an...

One of my favorite memories is Tom´s wonderful laugh, it was such a happy sound. You always would hear it when he was present!

Tom and I went thru school, together from kindergarten to Hugh School Graduation, He lived perhaps three blocks from us so we often walked to school together along with John Ackerman. Since my parents home was the collection area of the neighborhood, he would often be one of the people hanging out on our porch, He was a good and trusted friend, Our dating years were spent comparing notes of his attractions and mine and we would often give advise to one another, we didn´t have video games...
