I have had a very successful career and a great life. When I look back and see who helped me achieve that, Tom was hugely important. He was a great intellect & a fantastic developer of people. My life is so much better because of him. Thank you Tom.

We were so sorry to hear about Uncle Tom. Although we don't see each other often due to time and miles, we'll never forget the wonderful times we've shared over the years. Wishing you and your families comfort and peace in your time of loss.

I worked with Tom in Kentucky and at AT&T HQ in New Jersey and found him to be one of the most intellectual of the phone company leaders. I also had good fortune to start my telephone career pretty close to coincident with Joan Allison. I suspect they were a great intellectual match. One of my fondest memories is after a construction program review in Winchester, KY at a local steak house / watering hole, Tom Krebs and Cotton Bales (Chief Engineer at the time) seeing who could more quickly...
