Not sure what to say?

For many years I cleaned for Dr. Tom and Claudette and even though it's been around 14 years since I've heard or seen them, I've always had them in my heart and thoughts. Tom was a very caring and dedicated man both to his family and career. My condolences and love to Claudette and the family , Maritza G.

Dr Krizek was my surgeon, and my friend for 47 years. He gave me the very best of himself, both professionally - and personally. I loved him, and my heart is filled with loss. How blessed I was to have known him. Rest and be at peace Dr, Krizek - thank you for taking me into your heart all those years ago, and holding me safe there for so long. You will be missed so very much.

Very sad to hear. I was chair of Religious Studies when Tom joined the program. I told him he was welcome to sit in on any of our courses gratis, but he insisted on formally meeting all the requirements and getting the M.A. Degree. What a class act both as astudent and a human being. He brought humanity to the profession of medicine.

Dear Tommy, Kelly and Mary Ellen
I'm so sorry about the passing of your dad. I hope you have good memories to sustain you during this most difficult time. I send you my love and condolences

My condolences goes to the Krizek's family. So sorry for your loss. May the God of all comfort be with you at this time of grief, and be comforted by His Word at1 Cor.15:26)

Dear Claudette. I am so sorry I won't be back in time for the Mass on 21st. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope when I return to North Carolina we can meet for lunch. Please know I am always there if you need anything.

Claudette and family, I am so sad to learn of Tom's death. He was a wonderful man and I enjoyed working with him. His work with the Physician Assistance Committee at the UC was ground breaking and we continue his work in his honor

Dr. Tom was (is) one of the most distinctive, knowledgable, and likable people we have ever met. It was a privilege to know him, hear him, and introduce him.(I think he was "hot" too.)

Mary, Kelly, Tom & families,

We are so very sorry about the loss of your father. We are thinking of all you. Xoxo
