I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. As we all know, Tom had a brilliant mechanical mind and as a building manager, I learned alot from him. We worked together at 199 E. LSD for many years and on various large mechanical projects to do with a high rise historical building. The words I will never forget from Tom are "Deb, I don't have x-ray vision, I am good, but I cannot see through walls!" I always laugh when I think of that. We also share the same last name, which he always made a...

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Tom. I had the pleasure of working alongside Tom a few years ago, when he served as the mechanical engineer for a major rehabilitation project at Mayslake Peabody Estate. This was a particularly challenging project but, in spite of this, Tom brought a consistently gentle willingness to find solutions to many a construction meeting. I will remember his enthusiasm for Mayslake and am grateful for the opportunity to have known this special man. My...

To me, as the project manager for the Owner, every day was a new headache, with unexpected barriers behind every wall and non-stop...

Barb and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I remember he was always so wonderful to me "back in the day".
You made him so happy and proud as a daughter and as the mother of his grandchildren. He will always be with you in spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Linda and Family,
The dash between the date that Tom was born and the date that Tom left us is a very important thing.
The dash represents a life lived; your marriage, children and grandchildren born.
The dash represents happy times, triumphs and memories made.
May you find comfort in reflecting on the times that you shared during Tom's dash.
My sincere condolences to you
