I started working at the East Windsor Police Dept. in 1975 and left in 1980.
During that time I worked 4-12 shift with Tom on a regular basis. We had a lot of fun together. I remember the tough times and how he championed through them as only a true professional could do. Ginny and family having worked for Tom for close to 30 yrs he was one of the most honorable and fairest person I knew. He trained me as a Lt. with lunch being a hot dot from the drive in theater. I will always cherish the times we could talk as man to man and how he affected mine and my family's lives. He will be truly missed.

Dear Ginny, I was very sorry to hear of Poppy's passing. He was a grandfather to many children in the neighborhood. He served the Lord admirably and is now resting in HIS arms with no pain or stress. We shall see him in all his glory , when we are called. May GOD bless you and your family.
