Not sure what to say?

I have tried this at a few other sites and not sure what happened. I had the honor of working for Mr. Leggat when I moved to Boston from NYC in 1976. I can say, without a doubt, he was the kindest nicest boss I ever had. I know how much he adored his family. That was evident always. I never knew he had a law degree from Harvard! He was so humble and down to earth and that is what made him so very special. I was blessed to have known him for the short time I did and that is what...

Barbara:
Joan and I remember the good times when our children were at Concord Academy together and Tom and I were on the Board. He always had this great demeanor and smile and we always looked forward to seeing you guys.

Barbara,we go back a long way and I remember when you were just thinking about marrying that young man from Boston. My condolences to you and your family.
Love, Hoda.

Dear Martha, the Vail clan sends collective condolences to you on the loss of your dad. We love you and hope you will find solace and comfort in the company of your family. xo Alice

Tom Leggat was a classy guy. I knew him from his business world. Tom sold me the land owned by Dick Shannon in Woburn and also the Massachusetts Mills in Lowell! Tom was a delightful man and a person of great integrity. My great pleasure was to meet and be friends with both Tom and his brother Dick.
We had a lot of laughs and I told Tom that we were "two for two" in real estate deals.
Both he and his brother Dick were such wonderful men. Very successful and the nicest of people. All...

Dear Barbara, I was a bridesmaid in your beautiful wedding so many years ago. I still have the silver bracelet you gave to us as a memory of that day. We have known each other for so long....from Towanda to now. Tom certainly was a blessing. Love to you, your family and George., Cheri Fitzgerald Burchard

Tom was a wonderful Father-in-law. I am truly blessed to be part of this family. He taught me a lot without really teaching. He lived life to the fullest and was a blessing to humankind from God. I love you, honor you, Thank you, and will forever remember you. Forever Tom, Forever

To Barbara,

I was sorry to hear of the passing of Tom and remember him
fondly from the days when we were all young and single and having a good time in Boston. As we all know, he was friendly and easy going and fun to be with especially on those cold winter days on the ski slopes of New Hampshire or the evenings on Marlboro Street in apartments of friends.

Always a sincere smile and a warm greeting of friendship from Tom and that was a most wonderful trait. Very admired by...

Sending much love to all of you. I was glad to know Tom in later years at MBC in Fl. Hilary
