Not sure what to say?

Tom was my cousin. It saddens me to hear of his passing. Our lives have been spent many miles apart but I remember our childhood visits fondly. Best wishes to your family from the Colorado Lindells.

With only the fondest of memories of a super special boss & dear friend! My loving thoughts and prayers to Janet!

Sorry to hear of Dr. Lindell's passing. Hugs to you Janet.

Tom was a friend and classmate at RHS for four years and graduated in 1959 with him. Best wishes and hopes for his family.

I first met Tom/Dr. Lindell in 1969 when he was a general surgery resident and I was a nursing student at the VA Hospital. Margie Mangan, the head nurse on 1B, one of the surgical units, asked him to take me, known as the Young Nurse, on rounds with him. Not only did he do so, he kindly and patiently taught me as we went. Of course, I was terrified of him, but his kind manner quickly allowed us to develop a collegial friendship.

After graduation in 1971, I started working on the same...

I remember Tom sitting in a geometry class years ago at RHS, and years later at a friend's bedside where she was waiting to have surgery and he was the oncologist. Then again at a class reunion. Though our paths crossed very infrequently, he will still be missed. Have a good journey, Tom, whatever that may be.

I know Tom primarily as your support, Janet, in all of your endeavors as an artist. I know he will be missed by you, your family and your many friends. He will always be an inspiration to you and continue to be your comfort.

Worked with Dr Lindell at Providence and he was always a kind man. My condolences
to Jan and family,,, Cindy

I knew Tom as a colleague/Physician. He was very thoughtful and careful as a surgeon. He understood the seriousness of his profession. His decision to operate was based on what was best for those patients he cared for. He was focused, detailed, careful. It was a privilege to work with him.
