Condolences to the family. Tom was a great professional and an even greater gentleman. He was loved and respected by all who had the honor to know him-across the world. A friend of mine told me a story of a Chinese national he hired that had never been in an elevator and had no idea what to do. Tom ensured that the young man was never at risk of embarrassment by taking quiet care of the situation. This is the Tom Linehan I knew. Everyone he met cherished his humanity and decency.
