My cousin Tom was a wonderful person with a big heart. He always had a great smile and conveyed love of his immediate and extended Liott family. As a Police Officer and Chief, he put himself in harm's way to protect and serve others. His service was exemplary. Please accept our sincerest condolences and best wishes. - Peter A. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Tom always had a smile on his face, seemed to always be laughing and his love and dedication to his family was obvious to all that knew and spoke to him. What a wonderful man he was.

Tom was an amazing grandfather and father in law. I´ll miss our fun conversations and remember him fondly. We always laughed and joked and I enjoyed his sense of humor. Love you Tom- love "jacko."

I knew Tom to be kind, thoughtful, genuine, and a very caring person. Although distance did not allow us to see each other often, he will be missed.
