Thom and I worked together at State Street Consultants in the early '90s. I once asked him if he could recommend any classical works that used the human voice as a non-verbal instrument, and a few days later he brought to work an entire cassette full of pieces that fit this criteria. I am sorry to hear of Thom's passing. I went to high school with Thom. I was in beginner band with him freshman year. He played the oboe - I played french horn. My prayers are for him and his loved ones.

I am so sorry to read this. I got to know Thom when I would drive him to rehearsals for Treble Chorus of New England. He was such a gifted pianist.
