Not sure what to say?

Joe Frank,

I like you, remember the very good times that we had with Chip. May he rest in peace and may those left behind cherish the good times that all had when in Chips company.

PS: Joe, I read where you have had a reunion with the Perry & East gang each year since 2005....if this year is the last, please consider my attendance. This was the only way that I could get ahold of you. My phone # is 614-284-7277.

Thank you, and again, May Chip rest in peace !

Larry...

It is hard to believe that nearly one year has gone by since Chip's passing. At this time of the year, myself and a few other of Chip's "old" friends are again busy planning the 15th annual, and last, Perry & East Invitational Reunion 2019.
When we first began this Neighborhood reunion for all Nativity and Chatham grade school friends back in 2005, Chip was one of the first names mentioned to be added to the invitation list. Each year I sent Chip the reminder invitation and he was...

My condolences to the Lowe's. I met Chip while coaching at Old Allegheny Soccer. He was a great mentor and taught me a lot about coaching.

I always liked forward to talking with him on Saturday morning in the Fall about soccer, about what was happening with his adult children and/ or what project he was working on at his daughter's house.

It was a privilege to know him and he will be missed.

My condolences to the Lowe Family. It is always sad to see an old friend gone but memories of our fun times with our families will always be remembered.

I am sad to hear about the passing of an old and dear friend. We haven't been able to stay in close touch over the years, but I have kept his memory alive telling my kids and grandkids bout our "exploits" in our high school and post high school years. He was a special person and a great friend. My deepest condolences to his family. I know he will be missed. John Farina

We shall always remember Chip and Carolyn Lowe in our hearts and memories along with their loving family.

To Jimmy and the Lowe Family:

Our heartfelt sympathy to the Lowe family.
Jimmy, while I never got to know your entire family because of how our lives changed over the years, I very much liked and respected your family, and always considered Chip a good friend. We were comfortable together in each other's company...the sign of true friendship. He will be missed for sure. Chip and I attended the same schools growing up and playing in a lot of the activities through our young adult...

My you rest in peace we will miss you and all the joke's you would play on us. God bless you . With deepest sympathy to the Lowe family
