Thomas L. Madden, 68, husband of Julie, died unexpectedly on Monday, August 7, 2000. Friends may call on Thursday, August 10, 2000, 4-7 p.m., at the Elks Club, 711 Jennifer Street, Madison, Wisconsin. There will be no formal funeral services.
