A good friend and coworker. Tom and I worked closely on many jobs. My best memory was his telling about the 10% chance of rain on the day he road his motorcycle. On his way he stopped at the I-95 tool both and when set his feet on the pavement his tall motorcycle boots filled with rainwater. He will be missed. Joe Peace
