Not sure what to say?

I am Thomas Malone´s cousin; the daughter of Andrew M. Carlin who served in the US Army Air Corps and was killed in WW II in July, 1944. I wish I could have known Thomas and his immediate family. He must have had a wonderful life. I just happened on his obit looking at the site for Sugar Notch-I live far away in California´s Central Valley. Thanks for posting.

I have very fond memories of Tom. I first met him when I visited his home in Delaware with Ellen. I spent the entire visit talking with Tom and left with an album (LP) and a couple of books! He had so many wonderful traits but it was his ability to connect and care and to listen that stood out. I will miss him but know that my Malone family will deeply miss Tom. Wishing you all peace and comfort in your memories of a truly great man.
Love,
Diane Menio

Sorry, I didn't understand how to do this.

I never had the pleasure of meeting or knowing Tom in person. I "met" him on a creative writing thread on the old Amazon Forums. Actually there were two threads: one for the writing and one for chat and commenting on the writing we were doing collectively. It was a parody thread and he was a witty contributor to our collective efforts and we got to know him better through the comment thread. We had several years of this activity and we...
