I met Tommy at Arthur Andersen. He had a way of making you feel you were his best friend. He was that way with everyone. Such a terrible loss. He will be missed, a LOT! RIP Tommy. Sending one of my big hugs to you!

My deepest condolences to the Mann Family. I met Tommy on my first day of employment with Arthur Andersen/Accenture in New Orleans LA office in the early 80's and we became fast friends. He was a joy to be around, with his infectious smile and quick wit.

"The qualities of a godly man don't develop by accident. They are cultivated through his steadfast faith, servant-hearted leadership and unconditional love. " This was my daily devotional on the day T.O. passed and it describes my friend as well as I could have in my own words. In our youth, he was always an inspiration of character to so many of us who had the blessing of knowing him. Rest in Peace my friend.
