MASI, Thomas George
A native of Sacramento, born January 18, 1948, passed away in Sacramento August 15, 2010 at the age of 62 years. Beloved father of Laurie (Dan) and grand- father of Carson. Beloved son of George & Mary. Beloved brother of Jim (Elaine). Uncle to niece Alexandra. Also survived by relatives & friends too numerous to name. A Sacramento High School graduate, Tom also taught at Sacramento High and was a Service Advisor for Turner Volvo for 15 years. Friends are invited to attend Services Friday, August 27, 2010 at 5:00pm at Nicoletti, Culjis & Herberger Funeral Home, 5401 Folsom Blvd., 451-7284. Private Interment East Lawn Cemetery.

I was very sad to read that Tom had passed away. I remember him from East Sacramento Babe Ruth League where we were teammates and he was the sharpest looking ballplayer on the team or in the league for that matter. My condolances go out to the entire family.

I am so sorry to read of Tom's passing. He was a real sweet gentleman. I can remember driving down to Santa Cruz with Tom and Nick in the late 80's in a big convertible Cadillac. They both had me cracking up all the way down there. I know that your memories of Tom will bring you comfort.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Tom's family and extended family of friends. Always enjoyed any time I spent with Tom. My favorite memory was cleaning and painting the old group 3 space with him and some other members. That was the first time I spent any time with Tom and he left a lasting, positive impression on me from that moment.

I am sad to hear of Tom's passing. I was fortunate to meet up with Tom a few years ago. I will always remember the freindship and great times we had while growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am sad to read that Tom passed away. We talked recently and had planned to get together for dinner. We had many good times together talking, playing softball (Tom was a pretty decent 3rd baseman!) and laughing as we attempted to solve the worlds problems. He was like a brother. My sincere condolences to the family. Thomas will be missed.
