Not sure what to say?

Tom Mathieu was my representative at the time I bought my house. I phoned Tom as a last-ditch effort when the Assessor's Office wouldn't process my Homestead Exemption. I never worked for Tom or donated to his campaigns but he must have made a phone call because my Exemption was approved. I don't know if that would happen nowadays, but Tom Mathieu was a public servant in the best sense of the word. God bless him.

So Sorry To Hear Of Your Loss Thinking Of U At This Diffacult Time.

My deepest condolences to all of Tom's family and friends. Though I couldn't attend his services you all and Tom, are in my thoughts and prayers. My old boss was a legend in local Democratic politics and one of the most effective State legislators the City of Grand Rapids has ever had. Throughout his  entire legislative career, displaying unflinching moral courage, Tom staunchly defended life from the womb to the tomb while working to make our city and state a better place to live, work,...

I knew Representative Mathieu as a state representative and a retiree. Tom was a politician, a policymaker, a statesman, and my friend. Godspeed, Thomas Mathieu, godspeed.

Representative Mathieu was a champion for older adults. He fought for home delivered meals and in-home services funding. A unique prescription drug program passed thanks to his tireless efforts. He truly made a difference and improved the quality of life of older adults across the state.

Single Memorial Tree

I remember Rep. Mathieu as a fighter for the Westside. My votes for him were always automatic. He was a great politician because he was a great human being.

Heartfelt Condolences Arrangement- BASKET INCLUDED

Tom was a friend, a fine representative and mentor. He was a greater supporter during my political career in Grand Rapids and will always be remembered by many for all he did. Thanks for the dedication and work.
