So sorry to hear about Hugh, and my thoughts are with the Mattingly family. Hugh was such a wonderful man.

Hugh was a good friend and classmate. So sorry to see him go. RIP Hugh.

So sorry to hear about my cousin Hugh's passing. Wanda, the children and grandchildren have our sympathy. My dad, Hugh's 96 year old uncle Basil Lyon, told me a story about Hugh today. He said that Hugh had a rental house and the bath tub fell through the floor, so when he went to check out the damage he told the renter "Well now you have a sunken tub!" Daddy said he always thought that was such a clever remark, he still chuckled over it again today.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of your great loss. Hugh was a Class mate of mine.

Pop Mattingly was like a Dad to me. His words and wisdom helped me grow into the man I am today. The family accepted me as one of their own and I will never forget the love and friendship that was extended to me. I am at a loss but know Pop is now teaching the angels about golf, WILDCAT sports and frog gigging. Love you Pop.Mike Korb
