Not sure what to say?

Dear Mary Ann, I just learned of Tom's passing. I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. He always had such a light within him. He would light up the room when he walked in! He made you feel good just to see his smile. The world has too suffered a great loss in losing Tom. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Sincerely, Lori Best..one of your Hallmark girls.
