I will always remember Mr. McGoey as a wonderful teacher at P.S.40. He had that eternal smile on his face; and as a timid child, I remember him as being one of the only teachers who did not!!! intimidate me. He led an exciting, full life. 93 years old. Can't imagine that he ever grew old in spirit. God speed, Mr. McGoey.

Mr. McGoey is a champion of Men. I will always remember him as the best teacher at P.S.40. He groomed all of us for success, and honesty. The fruits of his work continue on in the hearts and minds of all of us who are blessed to have met him. My condolences to his family.
