To the McIntyre Family,
It saddens me to learn of the passing of my fraternal brother Tom. I became aware of this by reading the Alumni Magazine from the University we attended.
Tom was a great leader and it does not surprise me that he rose as high as he did in the Brevard County School District.
On behalf of all of my other brothers of Phi Sigma Epsilon I pass on sincere condolences to The McIntyre family.
I remain.
Sincerely yours,
Craig Campbell

I just learned of Dr. McIntyre's passing!! I went to school at Southwest when he was there and he was one of the 'go to' administrators - as a student, he was one you could always talk to. His passing is a great loss to the education community and beyond. He will be missed.

Dear Mary & Boys,
I was truly shocked to hear of Tom's passing. Coach Mac gave me my first coaching opportunity when I started teaching at Melbourne High back in 1985. He taught me so much about teaching, coaching, and life. Mary, you and Tom sold me the first house I ever owned.
I will forever be grateful for all the great times and laughter I had with him and all the other fine men sitting in that tiny room we called a football office. Coach Mac helped shape the lives of many...

Dearest Mary and Family,
I just recently heard about your beloved husband Tom's passing.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. I never had the pleasure of meeting him in all the years I shared working
with you at HRMC, but I often heard
you mention him and your boys in conversation and I knew in my heart
that they are all wonderful human beings just like you, Mary. I just wanted you to know that I am so saddened by this news and...

Dr. Tom, I just found out this afternoon from a former fellow teacher of mine that you had very recently passed away! You gave me much good advice during our association in recent years, most notably being how to graciously deal with a health crisis that had caused my pre-mature retirement last year. Yes, you did indeed "get it through my thick head (and pride)" that one need not feel like a quitter because of bad health and subsequent decisions that have to be made. You were VERY patient...
