Not sure what to say?

Tom was a gentle soul and probably the most Christ- Like person it has ever been my pleasure to have known. I dont recall him ever having a harsh word to or about anyone. It was a blessing having him as a roommate at Seton Hall. I think about him often and I am convinced that I am a better person for having had the privilege of calling him my friend. Its been five years and I still miss him. God Bless you Tom.

My condolences to the family of Fr. Tom McLaughlin. He was a friend whos friendship in this life I will miss. May he enjoy blessings and the eternal glory which is reserved for all who faithfully follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

Sincerely, Tony Nardo

Thank you God, for this your beloved priest. May He receive the reward of seeing Your Face and resting in Your Holy Presence.

I just learned of the death of Fr. Tom today and am very saddened by his loss. I hadn't seen him in a while, but I considered him a friend. It's providential that someone who was so outspoken in defense of human life was buried on the commemoration of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision. I will offer a Mass for the repose of his soul. Fr. Tom, rest in peace.

I remember Father Tom as a parochial vicar at Corpus Christi Church. He was very helpful to me. He was a very devout priest, and I liked his homilies.

To all of Fr.Tom's family and friends my sincere condolences. Tom and I went to both grammer and high school together. Tom will always be remembered as a special guy. Rest in peace my friend you are sorely missed.

Tom,
Thank you for your unique sense of humor and for your infectious laugh since Seton Hall days and through the Seminary.
I agree with the posts here: you were a kind and gentle soul.
Condolences to your family and peace to you.

Dear Father Tom:

Although I did not know you well, my father did and spoke very highly of you. He truly enjoyed the masses you said at Blessed Sacrament and mentioned your name to me many times. You departed this world at a young age but now you rest in eternal peace. Say hello to my dad (Joe Navickas) from his family!!

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Tom's death. We were very good friends in high school and college, and we went to 4 proms together! He and his family would frequently bring me to their summer bungalow in Ocean Beach. I have not seen him or talked to him in many years, but I have many fond memories. My condolences to Linda and Donna and your families. I have not seen either of you since you were little girls, but I remember you well. I am so sorry for your loss.
