Not sure what to say?

Thank you Fr Tom for sharing your vision of the liturgy with the faith community of St. Maria Goretti. It was an honor to work for you and your legacy continues at SMG. We would not have the wonderful church and community spirit at SMG without your leadership and contagious energy. You will be greatly missed by all.

I first met Tom when we worked together at Baskin-Robbins on 95 Street in Beverly in 1966. We became friends and when I left Niles College, he enrolled. We stayed in touch for awhile after I moved to Miami in 1973. He performed the wedding ceremony for my sister Therese. Over the years, we drifted apart. However, I will always remember Tom. He was a good friend.

I GREW UP WITH FATHER TOM, HE WAS
ALWAYS FUN, SINCERE, JUST, HONEST, A HARD WORKER,AND A GREAT FRIEND. FATHER TOM NEVER CHANGED HE WOULD ALWAYS WORRY ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE AND THEIR PROBLEMS AND TRY TO HELP. FATHER TOM
YOU WERE THE BEST.

Our deepest condolences. Father Tom will be missed by our family. Father Tom was a wonderful, compassionate and caring person. He was a very special friend to our family. We have lots of good memories, but one in particular was a few years ago when we met up with him in Disney Florida. He welcomed our family with open arms and a big loving and giving heart. Our lives have been enriched with fond memories and good times we spent with Father Tom.

Dear Kim and Jim,
We are so sorry to hear about your Uncle Tom's passing. He is in the greatest place now watching over you and your family. If there is anything we can do just call.

I will always hold a special place in my heart for Tom. Our family met Tom when he was at St. Francis De Sales. I am very saddened to hear of this news. Please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew Father McNeff when he was at St Cajetan Parish. A Wonderful person, he was the only priest, who knew how to comfort and say the right things when there was troubles of life. He gave my son his first job at the rectory, taught him how to drive, paint, take on his first trip to Disneyland and help him with school. He also married my son, Donovan and his wife Colleen. My prayers are with the friends and family of Father McNeff. He will always be remembered by the Soto Family. God take care of...

I only knew Father Tom from my association with the St Terrence Men's Club and the catechism classes. He was a wonderful man and was well liked by all parishoners. He will be missed by many.
