It is a joy to remember Tom, no matter how many years might pass. Fare thee well, my old friend! We laugh together until Time itself ends.

I was sorry to learn just a few days ago about Tom's passing. We were high school friends and Crestwood neighbors. Although we lost touch with each other many years ago, I will always remember Tom's wonderful sense of humor, sharp mind and kind soul. May he rest in the Lord's peace.

Tom with Four Friends, Christmas 1982
Late is better than never. Tom, we fell out of touch some thirty years ago or more, and I only just heard of your death a few months ago. To your surviving wife, parents, and siblings, my sincere condolences. Tom was a good friend all those ages ago in High School; I remember him with deep affection and fondness. Godspeed Tom!

I met Tom only a few times, but I remember his cheer and kindness. How tough to lose him too early. Ann, you have our prayers and sympathy. Love from your Pohl cousins and from Jim and myself.

That sparkling wit, the joy in telling a good story mixing intellect with mirth, the big heart. Tom was one in a million - to know him was to love him.
