April 20, 1962 - Sept. 26, 2011 Thomas Earl Meeks Thomas Earl Meeks, 49, of Owens Cross Roads passed away Monday. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday at New Hope Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the chapel at 6 p.m. with Bill Loveday officiating.
