I met Tom in the 90's when we were both Realtors. Starting as colleagues, we soon became friends as most people did with Tom. Tracy and family, please accept my heartfelt sympathy. May your warm memories along with God's strength and love carry you through this difficult time.

Tom was a long and valued resident at Fairwinds Condominiums in Annapolis and for a period of time, served as the Board president. He worked tirelessly to serve the community. Condolences to his family; he will be missed.
