Tom served as Treasurer for many years on the Advisory Council of Aid Societies and did an excellent job. When he stepped down, the council members were very sorry to see him go. He could always be counted on to provide thoughtful insight that contributed to the welfare of our Polish halls.

Tom was a kind-spirited man whom I'll never forget our discussion when we 1st met at the Little Hall. He was working for my now husband, Homer Teitsma, and I lightly mentioned I used to live on the east side. The long story short is his house on Spring St. was the 1st house I lived in until 3rd grade. His ex-wife used to be friends with my sister as kids.
