Thomas Charles Monroe

I have known Tom for over 50 years, as a friend of his & Pat. He was a special person, with an outgoing, friendly personality. He loved to laugh & to make others laugh, as well. He & I worked on cases together when he was at Family Court & I was at DHR. We did not always agree, but Tom was always kind & professional. I will always remember him with great fondness. I met Tommy when we worked together at Vulcan Materials while we both in college. He was a great guy to work with ,always a smile on his face. His entire career was based on helping others. Condolences to Pat and all the family.
