Thomas Robert Moody was my little brother. There was almost l0 years difference in our ages. Tommy loved his family. He loved his brother. Because he was l0 years younger I did not always want him hanging around me and my friends....afterall we were cool and he was a little kid. But that never stopped him. Well, it will soon be a year since you left us. I hope you are able to sense somehow the emptiness you have left in so many of us. I know you would not want that but it is true. We miss you so much and no matter how many years go by you will always be missed and loved. You brought such joy to everyone who knew you. We often get so caught up in life that we lose sight of how we have gotten where we are and the people that have helped us along the way. As a child, Tom Moody (Uncle Tom) was the most influential man in my life! Uncle Tom played a major role in making me the man that I am today. He meant more to me than he will ever know and I deeply regret not letting him know this more often!
Two things come to my mind when thinking about Uncle Tom and my relationship with him:

It's been 15 years since Tom came into our lives at Peachtree Hunting Club,from there a friendship grew .He welcomed us into his home and family ,and shared many a cup of coffee .We looked forward to some hunts together again this year ,but GOD had other plans. Mr. Tom was such fun to be around, he always made everyone laugh... especially when he would take out his teeth and try to kiss you!
