I'm grateful to Tom for tenaciously achieving a conclusion to a difficult lawsuit brought against me. By way of explaining his success for me, he said a beginning duty for him as a new attorney was a year-long assignment to accompany a NW Portland property owner on lease renewals, wherein the owner would invariably get into a shouting match with his tenant and order Tom to throw the tenant out, and Tom's subsequent duty was to calm things and obtain the lease renewals. I have known Tom since he married Alice, my Dearest Friend from High School and onward.
I send my sincere condolences to his family, and especially to his daughter, Lissy, and stepson, Chris.

We would like to extend our condolences to Tom's family. Especially to his son Tom and his children, Rick Frey, Kayli Moore and Becki Moore. It was so much fun watching him pull them behind his boat at the lake.
