Thomas C. Morrissey

I grew up next door to the Morrissey family and am probably alive today thanks to Tom. When I was 8 years old I fell through the ice and was under and in for a while before Tom was able to rescue me using a ladder from a nearby yard. I am forever grateful that he was nearby that day to hear my screams for help and am saddened to hear of his untimely death. I never really thanked him properly being only 8 but I owe my life to him.

Tom's sister, Ginger, is a friend of mine and although I've never met Tom, my heart goes out to Ginger and her family and I send my condolences to them.

I was very sad to learn of Tom's passing. Tom and I grew up in the same small town, attended the same grade school and high school and I remember him as a happy and effervescent person. It made me smile to read that he had continued acting. Thinking of all the Morrisseys during this difficult time and sending my love and sympathy to them.
