Not sure what to say?

Tom and I lived together for several years in the 1970s while serving in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He was a very intelligent, talented, gifted person and had he decided to stay in the Force, I'm sure he would have become the Commissioner, the highest rank in the RCMP. What a brilliant mind. His new remarkable career began when he was accepted at the University of San Diego. The rest is history. Tom and I met up again about five years ago and have kept in touch ever since. Of all...

Sadly I only knew Tom from the mock trial competitions, but what I observed was how much time he spent with every student from whatever school who wanted to talk to him and how seemingly every student wanted advice from Tom. The kids from our school (Newbury Park) would act like fans of rock stars when they saw that Tom would be judging their competition. He will be greatly missed.

Dearest Kate and Amanda: my heartfelt sympathies to both you beautiful women on the sudden passing of your father. Yes, he was so very proud of both of you and it is a testament to your father as to his unconditional love both of you. My prayers for strength and peace for you at this most difficult time. With love from your Aunt Joan

Dad, we miss you everyday.

Dearest Amanda and family,
I am deeply sorry for your loss. You are such a joy to him, as I recall from your La Reina days and his dedicated involvement in Mock Trial. Heartfelt condolences from Señora.

Though Tom was fiercely competitive in everything he did, at the same time he was extremely generous and caring. He was very proud of his two daughters and very much in love with his wife Connie. He was the best friend one could have. We shall cherish the memories of the wonderful times we spent together. He is sorely missed by us all.
