Not sure what to say?

I met Tom when my father was a Chevy dealer from 1950-1980. I remember him as one of the "real" guys from GM. We had lunch more than once, and I always looked forward to it. In fact, I went on to become a dealer myself, partially as a result of Tom's acquaintance.

He will be missed as a gentleman, a leader and a visionary. The business has never needed him more than now. I hope the industry learns from his successes.

God bless Tom and his family,
Rob Mancuso

Dear Maureen

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your dear family. These are some of the most difficult days you will ever know and I pray that God's love and grace and your strong faith will give you the strength you need. I hope it is a comfort to you to know how many friends are with you in spirit.

Though I never had the privilege of meeting your father, I know what a fine gentleman of sterling character that he must have been---for he raised...

Dear Mrs Murphy,
You may recall our brief meeting after mass at Saint Thomas More.
I spoke to Mr. Murphy revealing a letter he had written in 1975,we enjoyed a laugh, and discussed my assignment in Japan..
My wife Helen and I often looked to meet you again at church, however,it was not to be until this day at the Funeral Mass..
Please except this expression of heartfelt sympathy in the loss of one who meant so much to you and so many others.
Respectfully yours,...

Dear Aunt Sis, Cam, Maureen & Don, Tom & Maria, all the cousins, et al.

As always, "HHAA"

Dear Maureen, I was very sorry to learn of your Father's death which I read about in yesterday's New York Times. He certainly had a distinquished career and service to the Church and so many other organizations. I met him briefly at a Knights of Malta dinner in New York a number of years ago, he was the main speaker and was out standing. I will remember him at Mass and keep him in my prayers. Please give my sympathy to your Mom and family and my best to Don. May God bless all of you with...

Dear Mrs.Murphy: Mr.Murphy was the reason I joined GM after meeting him at the University of Illinois. He was a great and kind man and he truly made the world a better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your wonderful family. With deepest sympathy, Mark Hogan
