Thomas N. Webber, also known as TJ to friends and family, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 11, 2018 at home in Chandler, AZ. Tom grew up in Danville, Virginia in 1935, he was 82 years old at his time of passing. Throughout his life, he lived in Virginia, California, Florida and Arizona. A veteran of the Korean Conflict in the U.S. Navy, he went on to create a chain of restaurants in Central Florida called TJ's. Throughout everything he ever did in his life, his true joy was to be around people as he always had a story or joke for a friend. Tom is survived by his wife of 32 years, Gloria (AZ); son, Tom Jr. (FL); step-son, Todd (AZ); grandchildren Ryan (FL), Shay (FL), Nico (AZ), Ian (AZ) and Joe (AZ); and 4 great-grandchildren in Florida. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church Tempe, 4525 S McClintock Dr, Tempe, AZ 85282. There will also be a memorial service in Daytona Beach, Florida in late May. Arrangements entrusted to Tempe Mortuary.

He was my first boss at McDonald's . Loved him then and now., what a wonderful man he was! My condolences to his family. Gone but never forgotten.

Gloria so sorry to hear about Tom's
passing, he was always so upbeat and happy to be around. May time ease your sorrow and your memories sustain you.

Prayers for peace in your heart and strength in your spirit! True story...my mother in law loved going to TJ's and he always spoiled her with half a dozen sandwich rolls to take back to NY...to teach them about real good food!! Hugs!!!
