It is important to note that my friend Tom Neff was a Professional Engineer and Surveyor who served the citizens of Cuyahoga County, OH as their elected County Engineer from January 1981 until his retirement in December 1999. We would like to extend our sympathy to the Neff family and friends.

Sue and I would like to express our deepest heartfelt sympathies to the entire Neff family.

From someone who has had the joy of knowing Mr. Neff and the family for many years while growing up, he and the family always made you feel like part of their family. We had many a great time, from the various building projects, the impromptu get togethers at the house, to the family weddings at the house, the memories shall never fade.

Marie and I extend our heartfelt sympathy to Pat and all of the Neff family. On a personal note, Tom and I first became acquainted when he returned to Notre Dame after service in WW II.
