I, a former US Army soldier, did not know him personally but offer to my Comrade-in-Arm's family and friends the deepest condolences. Yet, I'm reminded of 2 Corinthians 5:8 - “We are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.” Your beloved is made whole and is surely peaceful, glorified and...

Carl, Jodi and Family-

i was very shocked to hear about tom, he was a great guy. we went to school together and it truly is a tragedy. may he rest in peace. my prayers are with his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I was very saddened when I heard that tommy neiper had passed away..I did not get to meet him as a young adult, but I do remember him as a young child, for the many times he was with his older brother carl.. carl was rarely without him. i know this must be devestating to the family , my thoughts have been with them since i found out. may your hearts heal as time passes... and may your memories of tommy be a comfort for the pain that you are enduring.

I DID NOT KNOW THOMAS PERSONALLY BUT MY SON NICK WENT TO SCHOOL WITH HIM. NICK ALSO RIDES AND ENJOYS IT VERY MUCH. I ALSO HAVE A NEPHEW SERVING IN THE MILITARY. MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY AND I ONLY HOPE IN TIME THE PAIN WILL GO AWAY. EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW HIM, IN MY EYES THOMAS WAS A GREAT MAN. IT TAKES A SPECIAL PERSON TO DO WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR OUR COUNTRY. I'M SURE YOU ARE VERY PROUD OF HIM. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. THE PIAZZA FAMILY

My deepest condolences to the family.. tom was a great friend was always there for you when you needed him no matter where he was. He will forever be in our hearts

My deepest sympathy to the Neiper family.
