Not sure what to say?

To the Nolan Family, I am sadden to hear of your loss. Tom was a great mentor to me. We flew together at the 304th Rescue Squadon. He was a very patient man, a great pilot, and a good friend. I have missed his kind smile and wisdom over the years. Now, I will miss him more...

Dear Tom Nolan Family-I just was informed of Tom's passing today by Festus-sorry to hear it. I was in Hmm364 in Vietnam with Tom. He came after me and flew as my co-pilot a number of times. I don't recall seeing him since. I see that he went on to fly in the Marines and Airforce. I got out in 1973 after 5 years in the USMC, but am still flying both fixed wing and Helicopters-sorry Tom is not still doing the same. Dave Schmitz-Swift 44

Many good Marine memories, flight school, Viet Nam, and Diana and my wedding July 29,1972. A lifelong friend and a man of great skill and integrity. Fair skies and following seas. vaya con dios. S/F et A Kevin

Lost of a great friend, I am grateful for his help in 1993 in Saudi Arabia when the 304RQS was supporting the southern watch. My sympathies to all his family.

Tom and I attended All Saints Grade school as well as lived in the Laurelhurst neighborhood.. He was kind, funny and had many friends. . My condolences to his family

So many memories, so many good times as neighbors , friends and fellow parishioners. A special guy. RIP, Tom.

We spent many classes together at Central Catholic HS. So many fond memories of our friendship.

He was a good friend, pilot, and I enjoyed flying with him - he was always a dependable officer. May he rest in peace.
