Thomas A. Noon, 77, of Glens Falls, New York passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 with his loving wife and family by his side.


The son of the late John T. and Marcia Pritchard Noon. He was born in Cambridge, New York on May 25, 1947.


Tom went to school at Salem Academy.


Tom served in the United States Army, he completed basic training at Ft. Dix, New Jersey and was stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado. Tom went to Saigon, Vietnam in the 149 M.P. Co. He was discharged as a Sargent E-5.


Tom married the love of his life, Shirley Clark and they enjoyed 40 years of unconditional love and devotion to each other.


Tom was employed by Fort Edward Express for 31 years as a truck driver.


Those that knew him, enjoyed his stories. Tom enjoyed people, he loved woodworking, fishing and hunting with his wife (best friend). He loved his garden, he always grew potatoes. He always loved the memories of his childhood when he was on the farm with his cows, fields, and tractor. He loved to eat and his wife loved to cook and bake, it was a perfect match. Most of all he loved his family and God.


Besides his parents, Tom was predeceased by his grandson, Mikey.


He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley; daughters, Renee (John) Noon, Angela Otruba, Rachel (Jeff) Uffner; son, John (Jennifer) Otruba; grandchildren, Kayla, Sophia, Jacob, Tessa, Ella, Nora, Eva, Clara, and John; sisters, Pat (Tony) Cantanucci, Melissa Koos, Dawn (Tim) Reynolds; and brother, Mike (Robin) Noon.


Visitation will be conducted at United Methodist Church, 227 Main Street, Hudson Falls, March 8, 2025 at 11a.m.  


Following visitation, a funeral service will be held at 12p.m.


Our family would like to thank Dr. Yun, Dr. Taylor, and the nurses at the C.R. Wood Cancer Center for the great care they gave him.


High Peaks Hospice gave tremendous support to the family and Tom in his final days. Thank you!
