One of the better guys I`ve ever known

Pastor Tom / Tom / PT - Pastor Tom fulfilled the role of the ultimate "Samaritan", in that he served his Lord & Saviour with a dedicated initiative, served his family with a clear perspective, served his community with total objectivity! Tom was always available with committed service, to lend counsel & guidance, beyond the call. Tom & I shared similar military histories, many recollections in the conversation, that evoked constructive humor & laughter. God Bless & Rest in Peace in loving...

"P.T." was a popular Marine on St.Croix resident during my childhood in the 1970's. He was cool and the kids liked him! On Halloween, trick or treating at P.T.'s house meant there would be a large bowl of apples on his front porch in place of candy. We enjoyed the healthier alternative :-) There will be a void in this world without his presence. Sympathy to family and friends for your loss. He will be remembered.

For over 50 years Thomas Edward Nyman was a spiritual inspiration (sermons, funerals, baptisms, marriage) for 5 generations of our family & ancestors (Josephson, Anderson, Burris, & Carlson). His words of faith, hope, and legacy of helping others, especially the less fortunate, live on. May he rest in peace.

Lots of memories of Tom over the years. He will be missed by many. Our sincere condolences to you and your family. Rob and Sharon Englund
