Not sure what to say?

At 18 years old you saved my life. I'd walk through a fire if he said it was safer.

To the O'Farrell family--
On behalf of the Boresow's--we express our sincere sympathy to you all. May you cherish the memories you all have. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Susan Boresow

Our thoughts are with you Nancy and family. He was such a great friend, mentor and colleague. I have missed our wonderful times at Mission Hills. Love and peace to you all.

Being TPO's scrub nurse for over a decade was the single best experience of my O.R. career. His standard for excellence in doing what's right carried thru to us all who worked with him. He was a suburb boss, caring and generous. At times even Father like in support of some of my life's issues. I will miss him and we have lost a great surgeon. I wonder if he has played a round of golf with God yet!!

I am grateful for the life of Dr. O'Farrell. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. O'Farrell as an employee of KCGVS. He was a wonderful man, kind and generous, an excellent friend and boss. He was an exceptional Surgeon, a pleasure to assist in the OR...his patients appreciated the care they received and the nurses LOVED and respected him! He was old school in his manners and courtesy. His sense of humor was a delight. I will miss him and having lost my own father I feel deeply for his wife and children. Rest in Peace TPO.
