Not sure what to say?

I am sorry this is so late. I went to school with Tom from Kindergarten through High School. We were in the same class for all 6 years at Meachum Elementary. I always looked up to Tom. He was an incredibly gifted athlete and was far superior to any of us growing up. I am so glad he found his calling in music and followed his passion. As many friends do, we drifted apart over time but I have many fond memories and still look up to him. RIP Tom (back at Meachum he was Tommy) Parks. You...

A year has passed, but your memory is forever intact. Thank you always for who you were... Rest easy dear friend..

I met Tom back in 1998 when we worked together at Danforth school,we shared our fondness for music and i went to a few places and watched his band play.A few months later a position became available that Tom suggested i apply for.I was reluctant but Tom kept encouraging me over and over reminding me i had two young children to care for.Fast forward 23 years later i am still in that position.I will always be thankful that Tom encouraged me to apply.Tom is a wonderful family man and a caring...

I did not know Thomas personally, but he seems to have been a wonderful, gifted human being. We at the CNYLT and Friends of Pleasant Valley were very moved and appreciative of the fact that Pleasant Valley Preserve has been mentioned in his memorial. We hope this beautiful place brought him and his family peace and will continue to be a place of comfort for everyone in our community.

My Condolences to the Park family! Tom was a great guy , glad I was able to work with him over the years.

I remember my son Bob playing with Nathan & my son Jonathan playing with Joel when you lived on Maplewood. I can really feel your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your whole family.

In loving memory of a wonderful man. I had a chance to work with Tom for years at Danforth .He was such a hard working family man.
He always had us laughing in the kitchen where I worked . What a wonderful person and musician.
Prayers go out to his wife and children . Teresa

I didn't know Thomas very well. I used to play with Joel and Kiersten when we were children and he was always known as Mr.Park to me. I was able to visit last Halloween and Thomas gave his condolences regarding my father's passing. He also mistook me for my older brother and it made me laugh. I am truly sorry for your loss and you will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

I've had the good fortune to know Tom for the past 6 years as he battled this disease. He's the definition of a fighter. I haven't had many, if any, people work as hard as he did to stay healthy and strong. I'm so very sorry that I can't make the calling hours tonight and I wanted to say how very sorry I am for your family. I will miss him very much.
