Thomas Leroy Parker, age 55, of Street, Maryland passed away on August 26, 2017 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of Sarah “Sally” T. Parker (nee Taylor) of Bel Air and the late Marion Thomas Parker. He graduated from Bel Air High School in 1979, and during that year also earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 937. He graduated from UMBC with a degree in Film and owned and operated Cult of Personality Productions online which specialized in model kit customization. He also worked part-time at Michael's in Bel Air. In addition to his mother, Mr. Parker is survived by his brothers, Fred Parker and William Parker (and wife Amy) of Bel Air; niece and nephew, Katherine and John Parker; and many friends.
Wow...it's hard to believe it's been over three years now since Tom's passing. We were friends for such a short time really, but we had so much in common! I really miss Tom. I miss going to Chiller Theatre and going to the movies with him. Love ya buddy!

I was sorry to hear of Tom's passing on. Although I never met him in person, I always found him to be a true gentleman. I can only echo the sentiments of my fellow modellers, he was a fountain of knowledge and was always ready to share. RIP Tom.

Tom was the living, breathing embodiment of our hobby. I only knew him online, but his knowledge, enthusiasm and love of our common interests was evident in all conversations. He was well loved and greatly missed. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP Tom.

Living in the U.K., I've just learned of Tom's passing. He was always a good man in my talks and interaction with him. I will miss him greatly. Very sad....
